Meet Our Team

"Thank you for considering Chadash Counseling and Coaching.
We are growing — and we are intentional about it.
Every clinician who joins this team is chosen because they GET IT!
They understand the populations we serve.

The understand the culture, and the weight of what Helpers carry.
It is a privilege to hold that space.
We don't take it lightly — and neither will they.
Keep checking back as our team grows."

Coran Brown, MA, Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor

Under Supervision of Rebecca Horn, LPC-MHSP, Clinical Director

Hi, I'm Coran!

My passion for mental health started young.
Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the barriers to care
within my own community and family.
Those experiences didn't just shape me. They called me.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves
access to quality care, compassionate support,
and a space where they truly belong.

As a Black therapist, I'm especially passionate about
reducing stigma and increasing access to care
within the Black community.
But my door is open to everyone.

I specailze in:
Ages16+ -Individuals, Couples & Families

Anxiety, Depression, Trauma,
Young Adults,
Men's Mental Health,
First Responder Spouses & Families.

I am currently working on:
Specialized training to work with First Responders.

My Approach:
Warm. Collaborative. Holistic.
I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing,
Emotion-Focused, and Somatic approaches —
including mindfulness, grounding, and Nature-Informed Therapy.
I build a custom plan for YOU —
your goals, your pace, your life.

In person or telehealth — you choose.

Outside the therapy room:
you'll find me in nature —
hiking, gardening, hands in the soil.
I am a Master Herbalist and founder of Healed People Heal,
a community wellness initiative making holistic health more accessible.

My Christian faith grounds me personally and professionally,
and I bring that same sense of purpose into every session.

Biblical counseling available by request.
All faiths and beliefs are respected.

If you're nervous about starting therapy, that's okay!
You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.
Sometimes the hardest part is just showing up —
and I will meet you right where you are.

It would be a privilege to walk alongside you.

New clients:
We start with a telehealth intake to connect and confirm the right fit.
Telehealth-only is also welcome.

If you love someone who runs toward danger for a living,
or if you are the one wearing the gear —
you deserve support from someone who takes that seriously.

I do.
