All About Me
Life is hard, and sometimes overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Let me help you process and develop the skills you need to begin living the life you desire and deserve.

I work with individuals 16+ years of age, couples, and families.
I also lead process groups, teach workshops, and respond to critical incidents for debriefing.

I see clients both in person and via Telehealth -available for all TN.

I am excited to announce we have opened our in-person space!
Our charming cottage-style building is nestled on a serene family farm and was designed to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for your healing journey.
This natural setting allows for a sense of connection to nature, which can help promote relaxation, reflection and nervous system regulation.
Whether you're seeking support for personal growth, navigating life's challenges, or simply looking for a safe place to share your thoughts, our office is designed to foster comfort and a bit of peace away from it all.
I look forward to welcoming you in this beautiful space where we can work together towards your goals*.
